• "Client", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or business utilizing our services.

• "Services" refers to any offering provided by Growth Spike, including but not limited to graphic design, web design, and paid advertising.

2. Scope of Services

• Growth Spike provides creative and digital marketing services tailored to clients' needs.

• The final scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal shared with the client before commencing work.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to unlawful, unethical, or harmful requests.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before the final delivery of any design, website, or campaign.

• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.

• Growth Spike is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials.

• Clients must ensure that any content provided to us does not infringe on third-party copyrights or violate any laws.

6. Revisions and Modifications

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the agreement.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

• Any major changes outside the original scope will be subject to additional fees and time adjustments.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Growth Spike is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

• We do not guarantee specific results from paid advertising campaigns, as success depends on numerous external factors.

• We are not liable for errors, downtime, or security issues on websites after project completion unless covered under a maintenance agreement.

8. Confidentiality

• We will maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared by the client.

• Clients agree not to disclose or misuse any proprietary methods or trade secrets of Growth Spike.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice if obligations are not being met.

• Deposits and payments made are non-refundable in case of termination by the client.

• If Growth Spike terminates the agreement, the client will receive deliverables up to the point of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

• Growth Spike reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
